Bulking plan
At 15 I was severely underweight, weighing 48kg. I realised that my health was at risk, both physical and mental so I researched extensively how to put on weight. Every trick in the book I tried, ranging from drinking olive oil to buying multiple programs from numerous influencers. Eventually I cracked the code and started putting on serious size and transformed my body. My whole gym journey I have been bulking, slow and steadily I have reached a weight that is healthy as well as putting on a solid amount of muscle along the way.
